At Excel Letting Agents we aim to ensure that the process of finding and moving into your new home is as easy and as stress free as possible.
Our property team will work closely with you to match your property requirements.

Once we have found that dream property each tenant should provide the following information:
· Photographic ID
· Two references (listed in order of preference and depending on circumstance);
· A previous landlords reference, an employer’s reference and a character reference
· Three months bank statements
· Three months wage slips
· The above information will help to process your application for the property.

On the successful completion of your application and a “move in” date has been arranged, you will be allocated your very own property manager who will be there to answer any queries that you may have regarding the property.

We are happy to arrange evening viewings as well as weekends as appropriate for our listed properties.
